A SIZZLING BBQ IN THE HEAT!
The Roquetas branch of the RBL held their annual BBQ on 7th July 2015 on Angela’s terrace, in the sizzling evening heat and raised 205.70€ for the 2015 POPPY APPEAL.
A big thank you goes to Angela Law for hosting this year’s event, Mike and Jenny Hickman for doing the catering and the twenty eight members and friends in attendance. The photograph shows six enjoying their food & drink.
This was the final function until September, as a large number of members and locals go on holiday. The branch will reconvene for the autumn on Tuesday 8th September, at The Lodge, for the next meeting.
