Smartie Super Summer Party
Sunday Smartie Party Smashes Target and “Smarties” Ladies Julie and Paula take time out to recover! Well a few hours sleep and then Monday 27th July was a day of counting and they are very pleased to announce that they have smashed their €2000 target!
The QUEEN of counting was Lynette who started counting brownies, peskies and shrapnel at 10.00a.m. and finally finished at 4.00p.m. on Monday afternoon.
Julie Pritchard owner of The Park Inn and her manager and friend Paula Russell have worked their socks off for weeks and in this recent heatwave too! They would like to thank so many people, the talented artists who peformed for free the fabulous young girls from Totally Dance, the cooks, all the helpers and the stallholders and especially their regular customers – in fact their thanks go to everyone who helped to make the day such a huge success.
From the FREE TO ENTER DRAW tickets and also the wonderful photographs from Kristoff we estimate that there were 200+ people at the Smartie Party. “Would you do it again?” both ladies were asked and the reply was: “Just give us a week or two to recover but we think so!”
Julie and Paula would also like to say special thanks to their respective husbands Tony Pritchard and Dez from BIG FM Radio and also BIG thanks to Richie the owner of BIG FM and his team! The feedback from customers has been amazing with the question when is the next one?….. both Julie and Paula feel this will be an annual event at The Park Inn Quesada and that it will get bigger and bigger each year!
