MEMBERS of the Almanzora Charitable Theatre (ACT) have presented the Animal Protection Society Albox (APSA) with €250.
Lorraine and David, representing ACT presented the €250 to APSA after rasing the money during their latest production ‘House Guest’, performed in Maloans and at the Zurgena theatre.
Margaret, a volunteer with APSA, was delighted to receive the donation which will go to help the many animals in the charity’s care.
The dogs are in need of blankets, old bedding etc, in this colder weather.
There are many dogs of all shapes and sizes needing homes, particularly older dogs who would love to be nearer a warm fire this Christmas – please see the APSA Facebook page for more information.
