THE Real Club Nautico de Adra is reportedly in negotiations with the Junta de Andalucia to use more than 3,000 square metres of the Port of Almeria marina for a new project.
The project, if approved, will reportedly see three paddle tennis courts, a saltwater pool, a gym, a playground and a restaurant added to the space.
Valued at an estimated €700,000, the project reportedly needs the backing of the Ministry of Development before it can become a reality.
President of the Yacht Club, Antonio Fernandez, told Spanish media: “Our intention is to provide a better service to our partners and Adra in general with a more beautiful connection between port and city.”
