Flight travelling from Poland to the UK landed in Prague after possibility of a bomb  

Travellers onboard an EasyJet flight landed in Prague after their plane was diverted due to a bomb threat. According to a report from the BBC on Monday, December 5, the flight scheduled from Krakow to Bristol landed safely in the capital of Czech Republic on Sunday.  

“The flight was reported to have a suspected bomb on board”, said an official statement by the Czech police. The authorities said, the pyrotechnicians were sent to the scene after the plane landed for investigations. But “no dangerous object was found on the plane after the pyrotechnic inspection”, the report stated.  

The official handle of the Prague Airport Twitter account posted “At 22:50 a diverted aircraft landed safely on the Prague Airport Krakow-Bristol route. They also announced that “There was reported a possible bomb on board an aircraft”, adding, “All actions to ensure the safety of passengers and all air traffic are currently being carried out by Police of the Czech Republic.” 

The EasyJet flight number EZY6276 was already an hour in the air when the Airbus A320 aircraft was asked to land at Prague´s Vaclav Havel Airport, the report said.
