FIESTA DE LA  VIRGEN DEL ROSARIO

Hundreds of people enjoyed live music at Los Puntos on Saturday kicking off the festivities for the fiesta de La Virgen del Rosario

The municipality of Roquetas still celebrates its festivities in honor of the Virgen del Rosario, which will last until the day of the patron, Wednesday, a public holiday in the town. Sunday was the second of the celebrations -in the Bolillo Encajeras Meeting, which celebrated its sixth edition, organized by the Municipal Information Centre for Women, which attracted much attention.

More than 250 lace makers of Roquetas de Mar and other places like Almuñecar or Motril Benalmádena gathered in Hall Infanta Cristina in a meeting that included the visit of the mayor, Gabriel Amat, and much of his government team.
