A WONDERFUL time was enjoyed by nearly 80 members and guests of Mojacar Royal British Legion at their Poppy Appeal Dinner Dance at the Avent Hotel, Vera in Almeria.
The staff looked after guests very well, with excellent food and the band Driftwood had everyone up and dancing.
The evening raised €1,240 to go to Poppy Appeal, which for a small branch was excellent.
The branch thanked rittany Ferries, Exclusive Travel – Turre, Connexions – Turre, Bistro – Vera Playa, Acorn Media and many individuals for the raffle prizes.
All thanks were also offered to Christine White, the Branch Secretary, for all her amazing hard work to ensure a good night was enjoyed by all.
