Man arrested after ‘threatening to kill’ employees during Almeria robbery

A 36-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested accused of committing a robbery with violence and intimidation at a business in Almeria.

The arrested individual allegedly entered a business in Almeria and attempted to take €785 in cash before violently threatening staff.

According to reports, the man allegedly entered the establishment at the end of January and moved to snatch the money from an employee who was counting it at the time.

Witnesses reportedly claim that the man also threatened two employees, stating “as soon as you call the police I will come and kill you, I’ll hit you with four shots and set you on fire.”

After several investigations, police were able to identify the 36-year-old as the alleged perpetrator of the crime and charge him on suspicion of the robbery with violence and intimidation.
