Sir Tom Jones puts Beverly Hills mansion on market
IT’S not unusual for celebrity homes to be flogged for a fortune – so it comes to no surprise that Sir Tom Jones’ Los Angeles mansion is on the market at an eye-watering £6.45million.
The hit singer and judge on ITV’s The Voice is selling up the five-bedroom pad almost 20 years after moving in.
Back in 1998, Sir Tom bought the sprawling property nestled in the secure gated celebrity community of Mulholland Estate for £2.1 million, so he is in line for a tidy profit on the sale.
It’s described by the real estate agent, Sotheby’s International Realty, as: “A remarkable, beautifully walled and gated contemporary 8,000 sq. ft. villa. It is sitting on over half an acre with amazing city views.”
There are a total of 16 rooms, with seven bathrooms, and it comes with a luxurious swimming pool, sun terrace and extensive gardens.
